Senior Manager, Alternatives Operations Design and Delivery

This role focuses on designing and setting up new operating models for investment capabilities across HSBC Alternatives, including processes, resources, and infrastructure, particularly for Private Credit, Real Asset, and Evergreen strategies. The manager will also support changes to existing operating models and develop a global effective operation framework with risk assessment and documentation. Candidates must have a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, with professional certifications and experience in alternatives products like Private Credit being advantageous.
