Establish and maintain a robust First Line of Defence risk control capability for IWPB to protect the bank from operational and reputational loss. Coordinate with second-line stakeholders and senior management to embed effective controls and ensure adherence to group standards and regulatory expectations. Requires professional experience in operational risk and controls with a solid understanding of the Group Operational Risk Framework. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and a deep knowledge of IWPB business products and the regulatory environment.
