SAP S/4Hana Finance Implementations Lead

We are looking for SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations Lead in Singapore. Please find the JD as below Role Summary Seeking an experienced SAP FinanceLead to drive S/4HANA Finance implementations and lead finance transformationinitiatives. The role combines solution design, delivery leadership, and client advisory. Key Responsibilities Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance solution design and implementation Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and define functional requirements Lead a team of 5-6 functional consultants Own core finance processes: GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA Manage end-to-end project delivery (design, build, test, deploy) Advise and Manage stakeholders on finance transformation and project progress Lead teams, coordinate deliverables, and ensure quality execution Oversee data migration, integration, and testing activities Cross Modular discussions, lead where Finance team is primary owner Support user training and business adoption Key Requirements 15+ years SAP Finance (FI/CO) experience 5+ years in S/4HANA Finance with at least 3 full implementation Strong configuration and solution design expertise Experience in data migration and system integration Proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills Experience in new technologies SAP BTP, Joule etc. Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodology, tasks and deliverables Preferred SAP S/4HANA Finance certification Consulting experience in ASEAN region Exposure to large-scale finance transformation programs Skills Strong communication & presentation Leadership and team management Problem-solving and ability to work under pressure
