Technical Project Delivery Manager (Mid-Level) Location: Singapore Role Overview: We are seeking a Mid-Level Technical Project Delivery Manager to lead and deliver technology projects within the banking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, experience managing end-to-end project delivery, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders across onsite and offshore teams. Requirements 7–8 years of experience in IT, with a strong technical background. Proven experience as a Technical Project Delivery Manager within the banking or financial services industry. Strong exposure to banking technology projects and project delivery methodologies. Hands-on experience with MAS-regulated trading applications such as NinjaTrader, Moomoo, Tiger Brokers , or similar trading platforms. Experience delivering Trading API integration projects. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholders at multiple levels. Experience managing and coordinating onsite and offshore technology teams. Techno-functional expertise with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation. Solid understanding of project management principles, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery governance. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in capital markets, brokerage, or trading systems. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications) is an advantage.
