Customer Relationship Executive (Full Time)

Customer Relationship Executive Full-Time | Weekday Afternoons & Evenings + Weekends Location: Serene Centre (Jalan Serene, Bukit Timah) What You’ll Do Ensure smooth day-to-day centre and class operations Welcome and assist walk-in visitors and handle phone enquiries professionally Provide clear and warm course consultation to parent Handle customer feedback and follow through to resolution Liaise with teachers and parents on student progress in both English and Chinese Handles administrative tasks: student enrolment, fee collection, class scheduling, preparation of materials, etc. Support in marketing and programme ideation Maintain centre cleanliness and upkeep of the centre What You’ll Bring Strong organisational and multi-tasking ability, proactiveness and positive attitude Confident communication and excellent service mindset Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.), Canva Bilingual: Comfortable communicating in both English and Mandarin Able to work on weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends Diploma in Administration, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field 1–2 years of relevant customer service, education centre, or front-desk experience an advantage Why Join Us Supportive and collaborative working environment Clear processes and structured handover training Opportunity to grow in a stable and reputable education brand Meaningful work that contributes to students’ learning and confidence
