Credit Risk Management Officer

Job Summary Support the bank’s lending and risk management functions by performing credit reviews, preparing loan and stress testing reports, conducting KYC/CDD per MAS standards, and collaborating with sales teams to ensure compliance and documentation accuracy. Responsibilities Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) in compliance with MAS standards and the Bank’s AML and KYC policies to mitigate financial risks Liaise with sales teams to identify and resolve documentation deficiencies and fulfill regulatory requirements Prepare periodic loan reports and credit/liquidity stress testing reports to support risk assessment and decision-making Conduct credit reviews of loans and securities to evaluate creditworthiness and risk exposure Analyze financial statements and accounting items using Excel, including data analysis and VBA skills where applicable, to support financial evaluations Assist in developing and improving the Bank’s lending and risk management policies to enhance operational effectiveness Apply business, finance, and accounting knowledge to perform cross-industry financial analysis and research Execute additional duties related to lending and risk management as assigned by the Department Head Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or University degree in Business Studies, Finance, Accounting, or related fields Fresh graduates with foundational financial analysis and research skills are encouraged to apply Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking associates and the Head Office Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel (VBA) skills considered a plus
