Client Account Associate

We are a fast growing SME in Singapore, providing company incorporation, accounting and tax services to our clients. We are looking for a Client Account Associate to work together with our existing team of young colleagues to take care of our leads and clients, and grow the business together. Responsibilities: Understand and nurture provided leads and to manage them as clients Achieve or exceed set client targets and objectives Maintain good relationship with clients Effective handling of all clients’ enquiries and feedback Perform necessary administrative work including filing reports, AML-CFT onboarding etc Maintain updated knowledge of ACRA and company regulations Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned Requirements: Only one main requirement really: Need for excellent English and Mandarin written and conversational skills Fresh graduates are welcome - We are intending to nurture associates and build your career with us Diploma or above in any discipline Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
