About this role

* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide prompt, professional customer support. * Handle client enquiries and provide updates on corporate secretarial and compliance matters. * Coordinate with clients to obtain information and documents required for company secretarial services. * Assist in the preparation of board resolutions, shareholders’ resolutions, meeting minutes, and other corporate documents. * Prepare and maintain statutory registers and corporate records. * Assist with company incorporations, changes to company information, and statutory filings with ACRA. * Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure timely submission of corporate secretarial documents. * Ensure compliance with the Singapore Companies Act and other regulatory requirements. * Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is properly filed. * Provide administrative and operational support to the corporate services team. * Perform any other duties assigned by management. Requirements: * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline. * Experience in customer service, corporate secretarial, or corporate services is preferred. * Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. * Familiarity with ACRA filings and Singapore corporate secretarial practices is an advantage. * Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
