Boxing Gym Manager

Location: Boxing Club at Pasir Ris Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Boxing Gym Manager to oversee the daily operations of our boxing gym. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, enjoys building a strong community, and can effectively manage staff, members, and gym operations to deliver an exceptional member experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gym Manage class schedules, coach rosters, and front desk operations Ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction Drive membership growth, retention, and community engagement initiatives Plan and execute gym events, competitions, and member activities Supervise and support coaches and part-time staff Monitor gym cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and facility standards Manage inventory, stock orders, and operational expenses Handle member enquiries, feedback, and issue resolution Track operational KPIs and prepare regular reports Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in gym, fitness, retail, hospitality, or operations management Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Highly organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working evenings and weekends when required Proficient in Google Workspace and basic administrative tasks Passion for fitness, boxing, and community building is a plus What You'll Be Responsible For: Gym Operations Team Management Member Experience & Retention Events & Community Building Sales & Membership Growth Facility & Inventory Management
