Part-Time Events Lead

Location: Boxing Club at Pasir Ris Type: Part-Time Role Overview: We are looking for an organised and proactive Part-Time Events Lead to plan and execute events at the gym, including competitions, kids' grading sessions, member appreciation events, and community activities. Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate gym events from start to finish Manage event logistics, schedules, registrations, and set-up Coordinate with coaches, vendors, and volunteers Oversee event operations on the day and troubleshoot issues Prepare promotional materials and support event marketing Track event budgets and provide post-event reports Requirements: Strong organisational and communication skills Able to work weekends and during events when required Experience in event planning is preferred Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Passion for fitness and community building is a plus
