Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities Manage utility hook-up activities within the Semiconductor Plant to ensure timely and accurate installations Assist the Principal Engineer in overseeing project safety, design, planning, and installation of hookup activities to meet project deadlines Coordinate work schedules and tasks with subcontractors to ensure smooth and efficient hookup installation processes Liaise with subcontractors on interfacing issues including wall openings, structures, ducts, pipes, conduits, and other installation requirements Obtain necessary approvals, permits, and permissions to comply with regulatory and project standards Maintain and update utility mapping tables to support accurate project documentation and tracking Implement and maintain a Quality System such as on-site 6S management to promote workplace organization and safety Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) checks to verify material quality, installation accuracy, and testing compliance with in-house and industry standards Communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure project alignment Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a relevant discipline Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience with General Construction Services (GCS) in a semiconductor plant for Engineer roles Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for Assistant Engineer positions Demonstrate independence, fast learning ability, and strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors
