Company Overview HUIMIAO ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD seeks skilled construction supervisors to manage site operations safely and efficiently, ensuring projects meet specifications and timelines. Job Summary The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily site activities, manage manpower and materials, ensure safety compliance, coordinate with stakeholders, and report progress to support successful project delivery. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to maintain workflow and meet project deadlines Monitor workers’ performance and work progress to ensure quality and efficiency Carry and shift materials on site to support ongoing construction tasks Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and project specifications to maintain a safe work environment Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to align site operations with project goals Conduct site inspections and promptly resolve on-site issues to minimize delays Prepare daily work reports and site progress updates for project tracking and communication Maintain proper housekeeping and a safe working environment on site to prevent accidents Manage manpower deployment and materials arrangement to optimize resource use and site productivity Work full-time, 44 hours weekly, including Sundays and public holidays as required by site demands Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision Knowledge of plastering, brickwork, painting, waterproofing, renovation, or general construction works Ability to read drawings and coordinate site works effectively Good communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently Possession of safety certificates is an advantage Other Information Salary based on experience and qualifications Career advancement opportunities Friendly and professional working environment
