Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Facilities Officer/Manager to lead workplace operations in a large corporate office. You will ensure seamless facilities services, manage vendors and budgets, and deliver an exceptional workplace experience while engaging senior stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily facilities operations to maintain a safe and efficient workplace environment Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets to ensure high service quality and cost-effective solutions Analyze facilities data and generate reports to provide actionable insights supporting strategic decision-making Collaborate on workplace strategy, space planning, and office optimization projects to enhance operational efficiency Engage and communicate effectively with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align facilities services with business needs Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field Minimum 3 years of facilities management experience, including leadership responsibilities Technical knowledge of building systems to support maintenance and operational requirements Proven skills in vendor management and budget oversight to optimize resource allocation Strong stakeholder management capabilities with experience interacting with senior leadership
