Executive Health Screening Opportunity to Work Alongside an Innovative Team Responsibilities & Duties: Oversee procurement functions for infrastructure and construction projects, including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, contract award, and vendor management. Handle purchasing for large-scale projects, procurement and compliance requirements. Evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, safety, and performance. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Contracts, Engineering, Project teams) to ensure timely procurement of materials and services. Verify supplier invoice quantity, unit rate and system data entry integrity Assisting on system data entries verification and maintain database Prepare and generate procurement and management reports as required Coordinate ISO-related activities, including documentation and audit support Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned Job Requirements & Qualifications: Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement within the construction or infrastructure sector. Proven ability to manage end-to-end procurement Prior experience with Changi Airport Group (CAG) projects is highly preferred. Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience. Well-versed in local procurement practices, contract terms, and statutory requirements. Meticulous, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines
