Executive Health Screening Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage the overall logistics operations across construction projects. Oversee daily logistics operations, fleet deployment, manpower coordination, and operational planning to support smooth project execution. Manage fleet operations including cranes, lorries, vehicles, machinery, and equipment utilization. Coordinate with Project Managers, site teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure operational and logistics requirements are met. Supervise logistics staff, general workers, and operational manpower across multiple project sites. Monitor fleet maintenance, permits, insurance, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Review operational performance, manpower deployment, resource utilization, and logistics costs. Drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and problem-solving initiatives. Prepare operational and logistics reports for management review. Perform any other duties assigned by Management. Job Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Operations/ Logistics or related field. Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in construction operations, logistics, or fleet management. At least 3–5 years of managerial experience in the construction industry. Experience managing cranes, lorries, machinery, fleet operations, and site manpower. Familiar with Singapore construction industry practices and operational requirements. Strong leadership, coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of WSH requirements and regulatory compliance for fleet and machinery operations.
