Job Summary Provide administrative support to the Home Care Service Department, ensuring efficient coordination of client referrals, billing, scheduling, and confidential record management. Responsibilities Assist Home Care nurses and therapists with client referrals and discharge processes to ensure smooth case transitions Maintain and update client profiles while safeguarding confidentiality of all sensitive information Submit Medisave claims applications accurately to facilitate timely reimbursements Manage billing and collection of service fees to support financial operations Coordinate with the Home Care Services team to schedule client services and manage associated charges effectively Perform general administrative duties to support department operations and service delivery Required competencies and certifications Professional Certificate or Diploma in relevant fields with a minimum of 2 years’ experience Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience working in the healthcare industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members Proficiency in MS Office applications to support administrative tasks
