Company Overview HWA is a Social Service Organisation providing Intermediate and Long Term Care services to improve the lives of people with physical disabilities and the elderly. Services include accessible transport, rehabilitation, home care, and social support in the community. Job Summary Provide essential support to the Finance Department by managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining financial records, assisting with petty cash, and supporting monthly account closing activities. Responsibilities Process accounts payable and receivable to ensure accurate financial transactions Maintain and update records of receipts and payments to keep financial data current Assist in disbursing petty cash claims to support daily operational expenses Track and file payment vouchers to ensure organized financial documentation Support monthly account closing activities to facilitate timely financial reporting Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor to support department functions Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or higher qualification in Finance, Accounting or related field At least 2 years of experience in accounting-related roles to effectively handle financial tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP accounting software to manage financial data efficiently
