Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities Prepare tender submissions, progress claims/payment, VOs & final accounts Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers on quotation and claims certification matters Be on top of the budget and expenditure of the projects under your charge Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or equivalent 3 years of relevant, hands-on experience Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings Highly self-motivated individual who is able to work independently Fresh graduates who thrive in a steep learning curve enviroment are welcome to apply
