Job Summary You will install, test, and maintain structured cabling and communication systems, including CCTV, PBX, and networking equipment, ensuring compliance with standards and providing on-site technical support across customer sites in Singapore. Responsibilities Install, terminate, test, and label structured cabling (UTP and fiber optic) to meet company and industry standards Route cables, install trunking and conduits, and manage cable organization for efficient system setup Troubleshoot and resolve cabling faults to maintain system reliability Install, configure, and commission CCTV, PBX, and PA systems to ensure operational readiness Assist in installing and maintaining Unified Communications systems to support client needs Support installation of networking equipment such as switches, routers, and wireless access points for seamless connectivity Conduct system testing and commissioning prior to project handover to guarantee quality and functionality Provide on-site technical support and basic troubleshooting to resolve client issues promptly Read and interpret simple layout drawings and cabling plans to execute installations accurately Apply basic IP networking and structured cabling knowledge to support system integration Communicate effectively in English to coordinate with team members and clients Demonstrate responsibility, diligence, and teamwork while working independently or collaboratively Maintain a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies relevant to the role Perform physical installation tasks safely, including working at heights, complying with workplace safety regulations Travel to customer sites across Singapore to deliver installation and support services Required competencies and certifications Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence to travel between customer sites Preferred competencies and qualifications 1–2 years of relevant experience in structured cabling, ELV systems, or telecommunications Experience with installation work in networking or structured cabling projects Other Information Product and technical training will be provided to enhance skills Opportunities to gain hands-on experience with technology solutions from Singtel and global partners
