Job Summary You will manage customer relationships and sales for Telco connectivity plans, guiding contract renewals, promoting upgrades, and ensuring smooth sales administration to meet renewal and sales targets. Responsibilities Contact existing Telco customers to discuss contract expiry and renewal options Advise customers on suitable contract renewal plans based on their business needs Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and friendly communication Follow up with customers to secure timely renewal decisions Recommend Telco connectivity plans aligned with customers’ business requirements Promote technology refresh opportunities including hardware replacement when applicable Identify and pursue opportunities to upgrade customers to higher-value or enhanced Telco service plans Achieve individual renewal and sales targets consistently Communicate with customers via telephone and email to send renewal reminders, quotations, and follow-ups Respond promptly to customer enquiries about products, pricing, and renewal processes Coordinate with customers to collect all required documents and approvals for contract renewals Prepare and process customer acceptance forms and supporting documentation accurately Upload completed applications and supporting documents to the Telco online portal Monitor application status and follow through until activation or completion Maintain accurate customer records and update the internal sales tracking system Collaborate closely with the Business Manager and Telco support teams to ensure smooth order processing Escalate customer issues promptly for resolution when necessary Participate actively in product and sales training sessions provided by the company Required competencies and certifications Minimum 1 year of working experience in inside sales, tele-sales, customer service, or related fields Effective spoken and written communication skills in English Confidence and professionalism in telephone communication with customers Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and email usage Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in the telecommunications industry Other Information Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM – 1:15 PM Alternate Saturday: 8:45 AM – 1:15 PM
