RESPONSIBILITIES Set up and perform engineering tests according to approved test procedures and specifications. Operate environmental chambers, vibration systems, electrical test equipment, and data acquisition systems. Prepare test samples, fixtures, and supporting documentation before test execution. Monitor test progress and record test data accurately. Assist engineers in conducting product validation, reliability, qualification, and failure analysis activities. Troubleshoot basic equipment, test setups, and fixture-related issues. Perform routine calibration coordination and preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment. Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards within the test laboratory. Prepare test reports, logs, and supporting documentation. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and engineering investigations. Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams on test-related activities. Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable industry standards. QUALIFICATIONS NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.
