Services: Senior Day Care | Home Care | Nursing Home | Active Ageing and Senior Fitness | Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy | Family Medicine Community Support: CCMS (Community Case Management Services) | CREST (Community Resource, Engagement and Support Team) | Henderson Home RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct/provide support on active ageing programmes Encourage active participation with seniors Provide support to seniors at outreach events and programmes Provide support for outreach efforts to seniors at their homes Carry out administrative functions such as data entry and record keeping Conduct/provide support on the creation of social media content regarding Active Ageing Centres May be required to perform additional duties, work over the weekends or after office hours QUALIFICATIONS We're seeking passionate individuals who want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors.
