RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a curious, motivated, and analytically minded Junior Business Analyst to support our AI adoption and digital transformation agenda. This entry-level role is suitable for fresh graduates or early-career candidates who are eager to learn how technology, data, automation, and AI can be applied to solve real business problems. The successful candidate will work closely with business users, technology teams, and vendors to identify AI use cases, document requirements, support solution implementation, coordinate user testing, and help drive adoption through communication, training, and change enablement. Responsibilities AI Adoption & Use Case Discovery Work with business users to identify practical opportunities where AI, automation, analytics, or digital tools can improve productivity, decision-making, service quality, or operational efficiency. Assist in gathering business pain points, current process flows, user needs, and desired outcomes to shape well-defined AI and digital use cases. Translate business needs into clear problem statements, user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and simple value cases to support prioritisation and implementation. Implementation Support & Project Coordination Support AI and digital implementation projects by coordinating activities, tracking actions, maintaining documentation, and following up with stakeholders to keep delivery on track. Prepare and maintain project artefacts such as requirement notes, process maps, meeting summaries, test scenarios, training materials, user guides, and adoption tracking updates. Assist with user acceptance testing, issue logging, feedback consolidation, and post-implementation follow-up to ensure AI-enabled solutions are usable and fit for purpose. Change Enablement & User Adoption Help drive adoption of AI tools and digital solutions by supporting user engagement, communications, onboarding sessions, demonstrations, and feedback collection. Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, explaining requirements, clarifying user concerns, and communicating solution benefits in simple, practical language. Monitor adoption progress by collecting usage feedback, identifying barriers, and recommending improvements to increase user confidence and sustained adoption. Governance & Compliance Ensure all requirements and deliverables adhere to organisational standards for data privacy, security, auditability, and governance, regardless of solution type. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in line with internal quality standards and audit requirements. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with internships, or up to 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, digital projects, data analytics, AI, automation, or technology adoption will have an advantage. Strong interest in AI, digital transformation, process improvement, and applying technology to solve business problems.
