RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and manage motor insurance claims Handle enquiries and correspondence of motor claims Investigate and negotiate claims settlements & recoveries Help or guide staff on difficult claims Review claim files including monitoring of recoveries, setting of reserves and claims payment Manage clients and intermediaries Manage complaints handling Train, guide and coach junior staff Assist in ensuring smooth operation of the Motor Claims Section Undertake any other duties as may be assigned QUALIFICATIONS Tertiary education Relevant qualifications in general insurance OTHER INFORMATION Operating experience in motor claims Motor Insurance knowledge Claims technical know how Technical knowledge of underwriting including reinsurance Conceptual skill Communication skill Negotiation skill Coaching skill Market awareness Please note that your application will be sent to and reviewed by the direct employer - MSIG Insurance (Singapore) Pte Ltd
