Services: Senior Day Care | Home Care | Nursing Home | Active Ageing and Senior Fitness | Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy | Family Medicine Community Support: CCMS (Community Case Management Services) | CREST (Community Resource, Engagement and Support Team) | Henderson Home RESPONSIBILITIES As a Talent Attraction Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes at NTUC Health. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition - focusing on the early careers initiatives(IHL). You may: Assist in coordinating recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and supporting hiring managers throughout the selection process. Support the onboarding process by preparing materials and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Maintain and update HR records, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Collaborate with various HR teams on cross-functional and strategic HR projects. Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS You are: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field. A team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
