RESPONSIBILITIES Establish and maintain a prominent profile with clients/intermediaries Develop new and existing sales opportunities to meet growth targets Ensure risks are accepted and underwritten in accordance with the Company's Risk Management and Reinsurance guidelines Undertake credit control ensuring the standard for debtor days are strictly adhered to Provide a technical reference point for queries Carry out quality assurance checks and assist in training of less experienced staff Ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness in work processes within the department Undertake any other duties as may be assigned QUALIFICATIONS GCE ‘O' level with minimum professional insurance qualification in CGI OTHER INFORMATION Operational experience in general insurance environment Business development Marketing and Presentation skills Sound knowledge in underwriting, reinsurance and risk management Good communications/negotiation skills Please note that your application will be sent to and reviewed by the direct employer - MSIG Insurance (Singapore) Pte Ltd
