Social Worker (Youth Service)

RESPONSIBILITIES The roles & responsibilities of the social worker would include but are not limited to the following: Conduct triage assessment of youths who have offended Provide casework and counselling interventions for youths at risk and their families. Plan and conduct group work to support youths to adopt a crime-free lifestyles and to be more engaged in the community. Engage in community work to build an ecosystem of assets and resources. Engagement and advocate with systems and stakeholders in the community. Strategize and coordinate interventions to support beneficiaries. Assist with company projects or report submissions. Carry out any other duties as assigned by HOD/supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor in Social Work. At least 1-2 years of social work-related experience. Strong analytical skills with the capability to identify and solve complex problems in a timely, efficient manner. Exceptional interpersonal skills that enable seamless collaboration with diverse groups. Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively, articulate ideas concisely and collaborate effectively with team members. Able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to travel to various locations to meet youths and families for sessions.
