📢 HIRING: Full Set Accountant 💰 Salary: SGD $3,500 – $4,000 📍 Location: Bukit Batok MRT (NS2) 🕗 Working Hours: • Monday – Friday • 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM 📅 Off Days: 8 days per month About the Company A well-established Singapore company specializing in packaging materials and food packaging machinery . Job Responsibilities Handle full set of accounts independently. Manage auto-counting accounting system and perform system backups. Verify invoices and delivery orders for accuracy. Update and reconcile bank accounts. Manage petty cash and cash receipts. Update inventory records and perform inventory aging analysis. Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and overdue outstanding payments. Prepare customer delivery orders, invoices, settlements, and accounting reports. Process Accounts Payable (AP), supplier invoices, and payments. Reconcile purchase deposits and customer deposits. Maintain fixed asset register. Conduct stock take and inventory reconciliation. Review outstanding sales and purchase orders. Prepare and submit GST returns. Prepare sales commission reports. Analyze and review financial reports. Handle corporate secretarial matters and annual statutory filings. Assist with corporate tax matters and audits. Requirements Must have solid experience in handling a full set of accounts independently. Candidates without full-set accounting experience will not be considered. Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
