WSH Coordinator

Job Description Implement and monitor the site's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management system to ensure compliance with safety standards Conduct daily safety inspections on site to identify and address hazards promptly Collaborate with sub-contractors’ supervisors to conduct safety inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols Verify that all machinery and equipment on site are in good working condition and possess necessary certifications Ensure all workers on site are to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Conduct safety talks and briefings to communicate safety procedures and updates effectively Lead daily toolbox meetings with sub-contractors to reinforce safety practices and address concerns Conduct safety induction programs for new workers to familiarize them with site safety requirements Monitor and enforce proper housekeeping by sub-contractors daily to maintain a safe work environment Ensure all Quality, Occupational, Health and Safety (OHS) rules, regulations, and practices are observed consistently Support management in safety-related matters by providing timely information and recommendations Job Requirements Minimum NITEC Certificate or equivalent Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Level B
