General Manager Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: S$6,000 – S$10000per month, depending on experience and qualifications Job Description We are looking for a capable and experienced General Manager to oversee the company’s daily operations, business development, team management, and overall business performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and improving company operations to ensure sustainable growth and efficient business performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company. Develop and implement business strategies to improve sales, operations, and profitability. Lead, supervise, and motivate different departments to achieve company targets. Monitor business performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to the management team. Manage budgets, cost control, manpower planning, and operational efficiency. Build and maintain good relationships with clients, suppliers, business partners, and relevant stakeholders. Ensure company policies, workplace procedures, and regulatory requirements are properly followed. Identify business opportunities and support the company’s expansion and long-term growth. Handle staff performance, training, workflow improvement, and internal communication. Resolve operational issues and make effective decisions in the best interest of the company. Job Requirements Management, Marketing, Operations, or a related field. At least 5 years of relevant management or business operations experience. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Good knowledge of business operations, sales management, budgeting, and team coordination. Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic business reporting. Experience in managing teams, clients, suppliers, and daily business operations will be an advantage.
