【Food Factory Management Recruitment】 Position: Production Supervisor Location: Singapore Vacancy: 1 Salary: Negotiable / Based on experience and ability Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily production management and staff arrangement of the food factory Monitor the production process to ensure stable product quality Check the quality and hygiene standards of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products Arrange staff duties and follow up on daily production progress Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the factory environment, equipment, and work areas Assist with inventory, orders, delivery, and production records Ensure employees follow food safety, hygiene, and company regulations Report production updates and on-site issues to the company in a timely manner Job Requirements: Experience in a food factory, central kitchen, or F&B production management is preferred Familiar with food production processes and basic hygiene requirements Able to manage staff and coordinate on-site operations Responsible, hardworking, and able to work under pressure Proactive in identifying and solving problems Able to communicate in basic Mandarin; English is an advantage Able to adapt to the working pace of a food factory and follow company arrangements Benefits: Salary will be discussed based on experience Salary increment opportunities for good performance Stable job with good development opportunities Training and management development opportunities provided We welcome responsible, stable, and hardworking candidates with food factory management experience to join our team!
