As part of our regional expansion plans, we are establishing anOffshore Development Centre (ODC) in Vietnam and/or Malaysia to supportsoftware engineering, cloud platform development, industrial integrations,enterprise dashboard systems, analytics platforms, and future AI-driventechnology initiatives. The ODC serves as the offshore engineering execution centresupporting the Singapore headquarters in delivering scalable andproduction-grade technology solutions for commercial, industrial, healthcare,infrastructure, and smart facility applications. Role Overview We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on Technical Delivery Leadto drive the technical architecture, engineering governance, and deliveryexecution of our software and IoT platform initiatives. Thisrole serves as the key technical bridge between business stakeholders, theSingapore management team, and the Offshore Development Centre (ODC) based inVietnam and/or Malaysia. TheTechnical Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the ODC,ensuring that offshore engineering teams deliver high-quality, scalable, andproduction-ready solutions aligned with business requirements, architecturalstandards, and project timelines. Theideal candidate combines strong technical architecture capability, practicalengineering experience, delivery leadership, and quality governance, with theability to lead distributed engineering teams across the full projectlifecycle.
