Servicenow Technical Analyst (Hrsd) Contract

Role Overview We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Analyst with hands on experience in the HR Service Delivery HRSD & CSM module. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, HR workflows, and at least 3 full lifecycle HRSD implementations. This role involves working closely with HR and IT teams to design, build, and support scalable HR service solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and support end to end implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions Configure HRSD modules including Case Management, Employee Center, HR Services, and Lifecycle Events Participate in at least 3 full lifecycle HRSD & CSM implementations from requirement gathering to deployment and support Design and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, catalog items, and automation scripts Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with external HR systems and enterprise applications Customize ServiceNow HRSD applications using best practices and platform standards Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into ServiceNow solutions Analyze existing HR processes and recommend improvements using ServiceNow capabilities Design scalable and efficient HR service workflows Implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware tools Ensure seamless data flow between HR systems, payroll systems, and ServiceNow platform Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of HRSD modules Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability and compliance Documentation and Best Practices Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and process workflow.
