Interior Designer (Junior / Assistant) Job Summary Support senior interior designers by preparing quotations, layouts, and schedules, attending client meetings, and managing client communications to contribute to successful project delivery. Responsibilities Assist senior interior designers in preparing accurate quotations, detailed layouts, and project schedules to support design execution Attend client meetings to gather requirements and provide design updates, ensuring client satisfaction Follow up on sales leads and liaise with clients to maintain strong relationships and advance project opportunities Prepare and present design proposals clearly to clients to facilitate informed decision-making Manage basic office duties, maintain cleanliness, and ensure office equipment and environment are well-kept Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn to continuously improve skills and contribute effectively Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients to support project coordination Work independently to complete assigned tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines Preferred competencies and qualifications Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and schedules effectively Strong communication skills to engage clients and team members professionally Other Information Salary: Basic: $1,800 – $3,000 Commission: 20% – 30% Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 11.00am – 7.00pm Saturday: Alternate Saturdays Annual Leave: 14 days (in accordance with MOM) Performance bonus and leave benefits provided 📩 Interested candidates may WhatsApp / email their resume. enquiry@idfactory.co
