Job Summary This freelance role involves activating and deploying as needed to support facilities operations in West and Central Areas, ensuring smooth installation work and maintenance tasks. Responsibilities Escort and monitor contractors during installation work to ensure compliance and safety Troubleshoot and replace lightbulbs to maintain proper lighting conditions Perform various ad-hoc facilities maintenance tasks as assigned to support daily operations Preferred competencies and qualifications ITE qualification or higher, or possess equivalent practical handyman experience Experience as a Facilities Technician, Handyman, or Handyperson is preferred but not mandatory Candidates with handyman experience but without formal education are most welcome Other Information Freelance position with activation/deployment as required Work locations include West Area and Central Area Compensation is $15.00 per hour, paid after assignment completion
