Job Responsibilities Manage end-to-end order processing, including receiving, verifying, and entering customer orders accurately into the system to ensure timely fulfillment. Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding delivery arrangements, shipment status, and related inquiries; proactively update customers on any changes or delays to ensure smooth communication. Support daily operations with various ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned by supervisors, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team. Job Requirements Minimum qualification: Secondary School / ITE or higher. At least 1 year of relevant working experience in order processing, logistics, documentation, or customer service roles.
