Workplace Service Manager / Office Operation Manager

☑ Basic Salary $5000 -$5500 ☑ Working Location: Caldecott MRT ☑ Monday to Friday (8.30AM– 5.30PM) ☑ Contract to Permanent Opportunities ☑ Good Working Environment Job Scope: Deliver day-to-day workplace experience operations across all office locations while maintaining consistent service standards during normal operations and renovation phases. Coordinating of logistics, workspace moves, phased handovers, temporary work arrangements, and on-site user support during renovation stage Collecting and analysing data on space utilisation, user feedback, service issues, and operational risks, escalating findings with factual insights. Working with Facilities Management and client stakeholders to ensure service continuity, incident response, and effective execution of workplace initiatives. Develop and produce clear workplace communications and visual materials (e.g., EDMs, posters, signage, floor guides, and notices) aligned with client-approved messaging. Drive continuous operational improvement by identifying workplace trends, adoption challenges, and opportunities to enhance employee experience through data-driven recommendations and on-ground observations.
