BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage Architectural, Structural, and MEP BIM models using Revit and Navisworks. • Conduct clash detection and support model coordination activities. • Ensure compliance with BIM standards, ISO 19650, and CORENET X requirements. • Manage project documents, drawings, RFIs, submissions, and revision control. • Maintain BIM models and project documents within the Common Data Environment (CDE). • Coordinate document submissions, reviews, and approvals with project stakeholders. Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in BIM coordination and document control within the construction industry. • Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. • Knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM e-Submission, CORENET X, and CDE platforms such as ACC, BIM 360, or Aconex. • Familiarity with QA/QC processes and ISO 9001 standards. • Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
