IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities Provide first-level IT support for end users. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices. Install, upgrade and patch Windows operating systems and applications. Administer Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange Online). Create and manage user accounts, permissions and access rights. Support device imaging, software deployment and endpoint management. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation. Assist in cybersecurity initiatives including MFA, antivirus, endpoint protection and security compliance. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty services. Prepare technical documentation, SOPs and user guides. Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support when required.
