As a Palliative Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with cancer and those approaching end-of-life through their care journey, delivering holistic, compassionate, and patient-centred care across inpatient, outpatient, and home care settings. Beyond clinical excellence, you will provide comfort and emotional support to patients and their loved ones, helping them navigate complex healthcare decisions and enhancing their quality of life.
