Senior / Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities Assist in managing occupational therapy service Evaluate patient as a basis for planning and implementing an appropriate treatment program Administer therapeutic interventions to alleviate impairments of functional limitations and to maximize recovery Provide patient and family education Initiate discharge planning and recommend appropriate post-discharge therapy program Maintain clear, appropriate and accurate documentation of all treatments in timely manner Build and maintain good relationship with referral sources Other duties as assigned Requirements Diploma / Degree in Occupational Therapy Full registration with AHPC Singapore
