Senior/ Staff Nurse (Operating Theatre)

The Role Deliver safe and effective patient care in the operating theatre while ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to professional standards. Key accountabilities Possess knowledge related to patient safety of OT - asepsis, instrument management, swab management, consent, time out, positioning, etc. Manage and plan the care management of individual patient. Participate in physician rounds and carry out treatment / investigations as ordered. Participate in action plans for the unit to enhance employee engagement. Maintain current trends in nursing practice and management through formal education and self- development. Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve and follow through quality/ service issues. Demonstrate competency in nursing core and special skills. Any other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience Diploma/Degree in Nursing Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Candidates with leadership experience may be considered for a senior role
