About this role
The Role Working hrs: Mon- Fri (Office hrs) & Sat Half day (AM) Provides excellent customer service to all customers. Ensures telephone courtesy and timeliness in picking up calls. Ensures handover of information is complete and timely. Performs patient registration, cashiering and appointment. Work closely with other staff of the department to ensure total patient care is met. To ensure compliance of radiology safety policy Other assignments as and when required Key accountabilities Ability to serve patients safely - customer service skills Ability to perform total administrative cycle. This includes registration, appointments, billing, cashiering, running and checking of necessary reports. Computer literacy. Qualifications & Experience N, O Level or Diploma Able to work 5.5days
