About this role
Responsibilities Support senior management of the Hospital to achieve key departmental goals and strategic plans, and to ensure the smooth daily running of the business unit. Ensure that the business unit delivers the required standards of clinical, operational and service quality, as well as efficiency and effectiveness of processes. Assist to oversee the operations team and work closely with respective hospital and corporate departments to achieve the mentioned objectives. Work closely with senior management of the Hospital to achieve and exceed financial targets for the business unit as well as to ensure the continued growth of the IHHSG business and to ensure stakeholder expectations are met. Requirements Diploma / Degree At least 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations and/or ambulatory services
