Assistant Operations Manager, Radiology Clinics

The Role Working hrs: 5.25 days ( Mon- Fri office hrs, Alternate Sat morning) Parkway Radiology is Singapore’s leading private radiology practice, managing the radiology departments in our 4 hospitals and 7 outpatient radiologic clinics islandwide. This role is under Medi-Rad Associates, a business entity that oversees the outpatient clinics and a mobile radiography service. Part of the clinic operations team, you play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the facility, ensuring that all diagnostic radiology services are delivered efficiently and effectively. You will lead a team of Customer Service Officers and Executives, collaborate closely with Radiographers, Radiologists, Nurses, and Administrative staff to maintain high standards of patient care and safety. Key accountabilities Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments to optimise asset utilisation. Managing the end to end patient workflow for a smooth patient experience. Handling patient inquiries and feedback, and addressing any complex situations that may arise during service delivery, all while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Be involved in implementing and monitoring quality assurance programs to enhance service delivery, patient satisfaction and business growth. Qualifications & Experience Diploma/Degree with a background in healthcare technology or healthcare management. Track record of delivering great customer service and problem-solving skills, ensuring smooth clinic operations. Ability to analyse performance metrics and data to identify areas for improvement. Have strong communication skills to interact with diverse patient populations and other healthcare professionals. Open to working on alternate Saturday morning
