Planning Engineer

Role Responsibilities: Assist in planning and monitoring project schedules, work sequences, and progress updates. Coordinate and resolve technical matters related to design with consultants, clients, and internal teams. Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure constructability and compliance with project requirements. Support the preparation and submission of technical documents, RFIs, method statements, and progress reports. Attend coordination meetings with consultants and clients to clarify design issues and propose solutions. Liaise with site teams to ensure design intent is correctly implemented during construction. Identify potential technical or planning risks and assist in developing mitigation measures. Maintain proper project records, including drawings, correspondences, and approvals. Support quality control processes and ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved design and standards. Role Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Min. 2 years of relevant experience in construction industry. Basic understanding of construction methods and engineering principles. Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interact with consultants and clients. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of project planning software (e.g. Primavera, MS Project) is an advantage. Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
