Performance Specialist

About the Role We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Freelance Performance Specialist to help build and maintain an active online presence across various forums and community platforms. This is a remote freelance position ideal for individuals who enjoy participating in online discussions, creating engaging content, and interacting with diverse online communities. Responsibilities As a Freelance Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for: Creating original forum posts across designated platforms. Posting thoughtful comments and replies to existing discussions. Actively participating in conversations within online communities. Engaging with community members in an authentic manner. Promoting assigned discussion topics or client-related content when instructed by the company. Following company guidelines and maintaining high-quality, natural interactions. Weekly Performance Expectations The successful freelancer will be expected to: Publish a minimum of 10 forum posts per week. Publish a minimum of 50 comments or replies per week. Log in and perform activities on at least two (2) separate days each week. Requirements Excellent written English and communication skills. Ability to write naturally and engage in meaningful discussions. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to meet weekly activity targets. Previous experience with online forums, Reddit, community platforms, or similar online communities is a plus. What We're Looking For Self-motivated and dependable freelancers.
