Bespoke Travel Curator- China Specialist

You will serve as a trusted travel consultant for clients planning China trips from Singapore, handling the full journey from consultation and itinerary proposal through to booking and post-trip follow-up. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and manage a portfolio of clients interested in China travel, focusing on private and small-group tour packages (Yunnan, Hunan, Guangdong, and more) • Conduct personalised consultations to understand client preferences and propose tailored China itineraries • Build and grow a personal client base through referrals and social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram/Xiaohongshu, etc.) • Handle end-to-end booking coordination including flights, ground services, accommodation, and special experiences • Provide post-sales support and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat bookings REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 1 year of experience in travel industry, sales, or customer service; prior China tourism sales experience is an advantage • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to serve our Mandarin-speaking clientele; English proficiency required for documentation • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment • Candidates with an established China travel client base are especially welcome • Fresh graduates with a genuine passion for China travel and strong sales aptitude are welcome to apply
