Job Summary Support procurement and sourcing activities for the Asia Pacific offshore sector, executing purchasing operations, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining vendor compliance, and contributing to cost-saving and risk management initiatives. Responsibilities Source and manage end-to-end procurement of provisions, consumables, spares, equipment, and repair services to support offshore operations in the Asia Pacific region and beyond Collaborate with Offshore, Logistics, Head of Procurement Services, and APAC teams to implement regional Procurement Services strategy Evaluate multiple commercial quotes and bids to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions Negotiate competitive vendor rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules to meet project timelines Issue purchase orders and coordinate delivery logistics to align with project requirements Manage supplier risk assessments and mitigate procurement supply chain risks Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and continuous process improvements in procurement activities Maintain and update approved vendor records, ensuring procurement through vetted and compliant vendors Assist in invoice verification, goods receipt processing, and related administrative duties Support audits by ensuring procurement traceability and maintaining accurate documentation Prepare procurement reports and analyses for management review Achieve assigned objectives and KPIs while delivering high service levels to internal stakeholders and customers Ensure procurement compliance across the organization and global supply chain Manage supply chain risks by logging and resolving vendor issues and service failures Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to…
