Event Coordination Intern

About Us Alangkaar (Raja's Catering & Alangkaar Weddings) plans and executes Indian weddings and large events end-to-end — catering, decor, planning, and production. This internship puts you inside the actual run-of-show, not behind a desk. What You'll Do - Assist wedding/event planners with timelines, run sheets, and vendor coordination - Liaise with venues, decorators, caterers, photographers, and AV teams - Be on the ground on event days — setup checks, guest flow, troubleshooting - Support client meetings, site recces, and proposal preparation - Help track budgets, orders, and post-event follow-ups What We're Looking For - Organised, detail-oriented, calm under pressure - Strong communication — comfortable talking to clients and vendors - Available on weekends for event days (off-in-lieu given) - Students in events/hospitality/business, or anyone hungry to learn the events industry - Students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply What You'll Get - Internship of 3 to 6 months, with possibility of extension or full-time conversion - Monthly allowance of $700 to $1,000 - Real end-to-end wedding and event planning experience, with mentorship from senior planners - CPF contributions for eligible employees To apply: apply via MyCareersFuture or send your resume to admin@rajascatering.com.sg
